Dr. Malou C. Harrison, Miami Dade College

As executive vice president and provost of Miami Dade College, Dr. Malou C. Harrison has spent more than three decades bringing positive impact to underserved students in public higher education. Throughout her time at Miami Dade College, she has been at the forefront of high-impact partnership initiatives that have promoted equity, academic excellence, and student success as well as holistic services, such as Single Stop, Year Up, and Educate Tomorrow. Harrison has worked to secure funding from both public and private sources, including the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education.
